The two-story medical office building is located on 5.5 acres at the corner of Davis Drive and Holly Creek Road. WakeMed leased the property and plans on incorporating a primary care practice, a cardiology practice, an Orthopaedic Urgent Care, a rehab gym and a lab on the first floor. On the second floor, there will be a pediatric practice, OB-Gyn and a surgery center.
