Seaboard Station

Hoffman & Associates’ first development in Raleigh will shape the Northern gateway into downtown. Seaboard Station’s master plan consists of several parcels. The first phase of development is split into two parcels – Parcel A and B. Parcel A features 96 apartments, 150 hotel rooms, around 10,300-square-feet retail and restaurant space, and 236 parking spaces in an integrated sub-surface parking deck. Parcel B will feature a 7-story building with 299 luxury apartments, restaurant and retail space, and a subterranean parking deck. The development will be built in three phases and will total to 800,000-square-feet.
