Elevating Everyday Life Through Community-Centered Design.

Ashburn, VA

Designed as the social heart of the Metro Walk community, the clubhouse creates a welcoming destination where residents can gather, recharge, and connect. Located in Ashburn, Virginia, the 6,000-square-foot amenity building was envisioned to support a vibrant, active lifestyle through thoughtfully integrated indoor and outdoor experiences. Through architecture and interiors, Cline crafted a space that balances warmth, openness, and flexibility to support the rhythms of everyday life.

Designed for Connection and Everyday Wellness

At the center of the experience is an expansive clubhouse that extends beyond traditional amenity spaces to foster a sense of belonging among residents. Comfortable gathering areas, flexible social spaces, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections encourage everything from casual meetups to community events. Paired with a resort-style pool and surrounding outdoor amenities, the clubhouse serves as an extension of home—offering opportunities for relaxation, wellness, and connection.
