Located in the heart of Domain Northside’s vibrant retail and dining corridor, this creative office transforms a former single-story shell building through the addition of a second floor that maximizes the existing footprint.

The elevator core is clad in pinecomb siding, while a mix of glazed and matte tiles adds texture to key spaces, including the washrooms and break room.

Generous front and rear decks provide an additional 1,275 square-feet of private outdoor space, extending the workplace beyond its interior walls. Designed with occupant well-being in mind, the office features abundant natural light, skylights, an open floor plan, and seamless access to the outdoors.
