The Hub - Support for Revolutionary Aircraft Engineering
Greensboro, North Carolina
JetZero is an American aerospace company developing a new generation of aircraft. Collaborating with Cline, the company’s new headquarters within its manufacturing campus will transform an existing three-story building into a highly collaborative workplace. The design is intended to attract world-class talent and support the rapid pace of innovation required to bring a new commercial aircraft to market.
The Hub is part of JetZero’s first production and final assembly campus, an 8-million-square-foot facility spanning more than 600 acres that will support development and manufacturing of the company’s revolutionary Z4 aircraft.
The design balances open collaboration environments, focused workspaces, project rooms, innovation zones, executive briefing areas, and social gathering spaces. Employees and visitors will experience a workplace that celebrates JetZero’s mission, technology, and culture while fostering transparency and cross-functional collaboration.

Anchoring the experience of the circa 1988 building is a dramatic three-story lobby atrium that serves as the cultural heart of the building, creating a memorable first impression for employees, partners, customers, investors, and future recruits. JetZero is collaborating with Cline on the architecture and interior design and renovation of both The Hub in Greensboro and the company’s Design Center campus in Long Beach, California. Cline is providing architecture, interior design, and technical expertise to support implementation of JetZero’s workplace vision.
