Raleigh, North Carolina – Waltonwood Lead Mine, a senior living community by Singh Development, is welcoming new residents, as the state-of-the-art assisted living, memory care facility is now complete, located at 4510 Lead Mine Rd.
Designed by North Carolina-based multidisciplinary architecture and design firm, Cline, Waltonwood Lead Mine was thoughtfully created to foster a sense of home, health, and wellbeing, offering secure housing for 100 individuals, including 30 units dedicated to memory care.
Set on a scenic five-acre site near shopping, dining, and medical services, the community provides a peaceful, restorative setting within an urban context. Integrating assisted living and memory care with a focus on healthy environments, outdoor connections, and physical fitness, it supports an enhanced quality of life.

Waltonwood Lead Mine features a variety of amenity spaces uniquely designed to foster social interaction and meaningful engagement among residents. Inviting common areas include a serene interior courtyard and a spacious top-floor outdoor terrace programmed for activities and relaxation. Business and utility areas are seamlessly integrated into the overall design, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. The project also includes all-surface parking, providing convenient and accessible parking for residents, staff, and visitors alike.
