Cline Design Promotes Logan Luzader, AIA, NCARB, to Charlotte Office Director
Cline Design is proud to announce the promotion of Logan Luzader, AIA, NCARB, to Office Director of our Charlotte office. Logan will continue to serve as a Principal of the firm, bringing his leadership, design expertise, and strategic vision to an expanded role focused on growing our presence in the Queen City.
A dedicated leader and seasoned architect, Logan brings over a decade of experience at Cline and a career built on collaboration, mentorship, and design excellence. He most recently served as Team Leader, Senior Project Manager, and Principal, contributing to some of the firm’s most impactful projects.
Known for his attention to detail, transparent communication, and ability to align teams and clients around a shared vision, Logan fosters an environment where creativity and collaboration thrive. His project portfolio includes complex mixed-use developments, retail centers, and a full range of housing types, including affordable and luxury residential communities.
I’m thrilled to step into the role of Charlotte Office Director. Cline is a firm where creativity thrives and culture leads. My mission is to build upon that legacy and guide an office that inspires and elevates every day. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us here in Charlotte!

After relocating from our Raleigh office, Logan now leads the continued evolution of our Charlotte team. As Office Director, he is focused on building community partnerships, strengthening team culture, and delivering meaningful design solutions across the region.
Logan holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Miami University in Ohio and a Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is licensed in the state of North Carolina and is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). He has also served on the Town of Wake Forest Advisory Committee, reflecting his ongoing commitment to community involvement.
