Slated for East Austin, this mixed-use micro-multifamily project leans into density with 198 units, parking and commercial space across two, four-story buildings. Organized around several courtyards, each with it’s own identity and set of amenities, this project will celebrate Connection, Character, Community and City.
Five typical dwelling units were designed, including Live Work units ranging in size from 360 SF to 1,105 SF.
These units were created to accommodate a variety of needs and lifestyles.
This project offers more options for living with engagement in one’s surroundings than is available currently in the Austin area.
