Mark Ward serves as a firm Principal and Studio Director of the Charlotte office, overseeing a variety of project types including multifamily, mixed-use, office, and adaptive reuse. He is a recognized leader in the design and delivery of market-rate, affordable, and mixed-use projects. His keen insight and technical expertise position him as an asset to clients and a mentor to staff when delivering projects with varying levels of complexity. In addition to his design experience, Mark is responsible for increasing the firm’s expansion in the multi-family sector. He oversees Charlotte operations and manages project coordination, from concept to completion, to ensure well-designed, efficient and cost-effective solutions.
