Located at the corner of Markley and Main Street in downtown Greenville, a proposed mixed-use development featuring 250 apartments, 15,000-square-feet of retail, and a parking garage is intended to occupy what is formerly known as the West End Development Center. The goal of the project is to make retail the primary focus, thus enhancing pedestrian traffic and bolstering retail along the main street.
