Hub South End is located on the corner of Dunavant and Hawkins streets on a formerly underutilized four-acre lot. Of the 265 units, 29 of them are two-story, street-level town-home-like designs. A street activating concept was the goal for this design, as it is in the bustling part of South End where breweries, shops, restaurants and entertainment are prevalent and walk-able.
