Southern Strain Brewing

Just blocks away from the heart of downtown Concord, Southern Strain Brewing is a 15,000-square-foot brewery and taproom located in a former textile mill dating back to the 1880s. The taproom makes up 4,500-square-feet and production space does double duty, serving a home to a 5-barrel system and providing an opportunity to “drink amongst the tanks” with ping pong, foosball and church pews for seating.

The design incorporates the history and feel of the textile mill, with exposed brick, original hardwood floors and open ceilings and the original sliding fire doors.
