Meridian East Chatham is located at 229 East Chatham Street on 3-acres of undeveloped land in downtown Cary. There will be approximately 220 residential units, 7,500 square feet of amenity space and 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.

Amenities will include a rooftop terrace, fitness center, pool house, dog park and several courtyards among other features. The project will also include a 348-space structured parking deck.
