The Town of Fuquay-Varina is one of the fastest-growing towns in North Carolina. Its rapid growth strained the current town hall facilities and provided the opportunity for the team to evaluate expansion and relocation options. Their goal, to provide an easily accessible facility to better service its community and focus on it clients.
After a 32-year hiatus, the town chose to relocate their facilities back to the center of town and expanded them to uphold their vision of better servicing its community.
Cline Design worked closely with Fuquay-Varina to reimagine their town hall. The program accommodates growth, allows for flexibility, is customer-centric, and support their community. The nearly 30,000-square-foot facility boasts offices, a public board room designed for double its former occupancy, conference rooms, flexible meeting space, a fitness center, two cafes, storage space, and an outdoor plaza. The team was able to help Fuquay-Varina realize their mission and shape the community positioning it for its future.
