Delta Gamma – NC State University

After an exciting and rewarding experience working with the Delta Gamma sisterhood, Cline Design created an environment to embrace and facilitate lasting friendships.  The floor plan offers a grand stairway and foyer, large gathering rooms, commercial kitchen and large dining areas.  The design incorporates secured access to all public, semi-private, and residential areas of house to ensure safety.  Sustainable design strategies were incorporated throughout the design and construction process. The Delta Gamma House serves its students with an inviting public gathering space facing the great lawn, strong core including  gathering rooms and commercial kitchen, and  private study areas and outdoor gathering area in the rear of the house.  In addition, there is ample storage on the ground level.  The traditional design integrates an apartment with full amenities for a year-round House Director.
