The Dukes at City View

Dukes at City View consists of eight, three-story townhomes with open floor plans and rooftop terraces. There will be two buildings each consisting of four units containing their own private street-level garage and a personal elevator. Community amenities include raised gardens and a dog park, and access to the greenway trail and Dorthea Dix Park.

655 East Bay features 51 luxury units with a three-story main building and six three-story townhome buildings in the heart of historic downtown Charleston. The main building includes three stories of apartments over a concrete parking deck and includes a clubhouse, leasing office, and fitness center. 515 Downtown
