Weavers Grove is a mixed-income community offering 243 units, 99 of which are affordable housing. There will be a mix of condos, duplexes, single-family homes, and townhomes to choose from, as well as several amenities and recreational facilities, such as a community café, community center, open pavilion, garage, community garden, dog park, splash play, playground, walking trail, gazebos, and an open area for lawn games.
The architectural design of the residential and community structures reflects a combination of traditional farmhouse and craftsman stylistic influences.

Cline Design Associates designed this garden on an 11 acre site that includes a visitor’s center with demonstration gardens, children’s garden, a wedding garden, and Japanese garden as well as a wide assortment of plant species. The site will also become the home of the gateway icon, a large sculptural centerpiece that will tower above the gardens and signal visitor’s arrival into Greensboro. The project has already sparked renewal efforts to beautify Lee Street with the city’s initiative to landscape this main entry corridor from I-85.
