The design for this 6,000-square-foot community center includes an observatory space, fitness hub, game room with golf simulator, and pet spa spilling out to the saltwater pool, outdoor gaming area, outdoor workout area, and entertaining centers. The design details capture the spirit of the community and gives a welcoming vibe to all who visit.
Solis Chestnut Farm, located in Stallings, NC, – a suburb of Charlotte – will consist of 256 apartment units spread out between five apartment buildings, in addition to a designated retail space and free-standing clubhouse. The project will be built on 30.2 acres of land and will blend into it’s surrounding by harboring a rural design feel.

In addition to designing Phase 1 and 2, Cline Design is completing Phase 3 of Addison Ridge Apartments located off All American Highway in Fayetteville, NC. The third phase will include 210 units across five buildings. A free standing amenity building will include 3,000-square-feet of office space for the client, and 4,000-square-feet of fitness space.
The Club at One Loudoun combines the urban sophistication known throughout the One Loudoun project with the traditional rural history of Loudoun County. Serving as the main clubhouse for the One Loudoun Neighborhood Association, The Club boasts a two story great room, dining/ meeting room, catering kitchen with separate entry, basketball/volleyball court, terrace, outdoor competition pool, snack bar, and community room for yoga, pilates, etc.
The gable and shed roofs, stone foundation, and cedar beams and metal siding invoke a modern farmhouse feel, which blends nicely with The Barn at One Loudoun (1880s reconditioned) directly across the street. The floor to ceiling windows and wood ceiling combine to bring the outside in, with abundant light streaming in while providing views of the wetlands to the south of the property.
Carol Johnson Poole Clubhouse is a newer addition to North Carolina State University’s Centennial Campus. Cline Design strived to create an iconic symbol for North Carolina State University in creating a new golf clubhouse for the public that aesthetically complimented the existing Centennial Campus architecture. The two-story golf clubhouse includes dining and food prep facilities, locker rooms, a golf pro shop, and cart storage. Terraces extend from the building, and provide vantage points overlooking the surrounding golf course and skyline of downtown Raleigh.
Creekside at Bethpage is an adult 55 and over community in Durham, NC located in the growing Brier Creek area. It has a total of 650 single-family home lots and a clubhouse that supports the active community with 15,000 square feet of heated club space, an outdoor veranda, porches, and a porte cochère. The club provides the community with several outdoor and indoor amenities including a large exercise room with lockers, classrooms, a business center, gaming room, bar and lounge, great room and several multi-purpose areas.
The River Landing Clubhouse is a 60,000 square foot golf clubhouse on 3 levels and is the centerpiece of the River Landing Community. Cart storage is located in the basement level and is fire separated from the member spaces located on the 2 levels above.
The clubhouse includes a professional grade kitchen servicing several dining spaces with walk-in coolers and freezers, hood, and dish washing system. The member spaces include men’s and women’s locker rooms, men’s and women’s lounges, bar and grille room, sub-dividable dining room/banquet hall, golf pro shop, veranda, and other outdoor patio and dining areas. The clubhouse also contains administrative offices, support spaces, and conference rooms.
