The apartment community amenities include outdoor pool with screened pavilion, gaming and entertainment lounge, fitness studio including spin and yoga, interned cafe and coffee bar.
Draper Place is a high-end luxury apartment complex offering two and three bedroom units ranging from 1,600 to 2,400 square feet with double-sided outdoor porch fireplaces and chef-inspired kitchens. Situated on Randolph Road where Eastover and Elizabeth neighborhoods meet, residents are offered luxury at it’s finest with signature services provided, including an onsite three bedroom fully equipped cottage for residents to reserve when visitors come to town, and many more.

Sweetgrass Asheville is located at 39 Bradley Branch Road off Airport Road in Asheville, NC. There will be a total of 248 units, with 25 units considered affordable housing. The complex covers 11.7 acres and will consist of 3-story or split configuration residential buildings as well as a one-story clubhouse.

Nestled amongst the deep blue water of the Charleston Harbor, Aspire at James Island provides 127 residential units, along with quaint amenity spaces including pool and lounging area, workout center, and walking trails. The architecture pays homage to the small town feel that James Island has managed to maintain while introducing modern details to complement the adjacent neighborhoods.
Cline Design provided interior design services including furniture and fixture selection and installment for Legacy Concord, a 7,900 sf clubhouse. The open design concept and modern, timeless interior design and finish selections provide residents with a comfortable great room, gaming room, lounge and coffee bar, separate fitness and yoga studio, as well as outdoor kitchen and large pool patio.
Greenfield Place and Greenfield Commons was imagined as a community where families, seniors and individuals qualifying for affordable housing could call home. This 149-unit affordable housing community is situated on an eight acre topographically challenged site. The buildings front to a pedestrian-oriented main street where tenants can enjoy walks along the tree-lined streets with parallel parked spaces that culminates to the seniors building of phase two. The projects are joined with a highly integrated, pedestrian-friendly sidewalk system and greenway connector that also connects to nearby amenities. As one of the first projects developed in the Blue Hill District, Cline Design worked closely with key stakeholders from Chapel Hill and DHIC throughout the development, review and approval process.

Harper Place is a located in West Ashley, South Carolina off of Bee’s Ferry Road and offers one-, two-, and three- bedroom floor plans. Located in the heart of the burgeoning SouthPark neighborhood in Charlotte, NC, Inspire SouthPark Apartments features 359 studio, one, two, and three bedroom units. The two-story leasing/clubhouse offers a great room, computer lab, fitness and yoga room. In addition, the community provides outdoor living spaces including pool area, courtyards, and a dog park.

Located on a prominent corner of the historic Cameron Village shopping district, Crescent Cameron Village is an iconic mid-rise, mixed-use community designed to be LEED certified. The design introduces high density to the bustling retail center, while taking cues from the surrounding historic neighborhoods, creating a smooth transition into the shopping center. An active pedestrian scale streetscape creates a strong link between the existing mixed use area and the community courtyard.
Located adjacent to the Ninth Street Commercial District and Duke University’s East Campus, Crescent Ninth Street will include 303 residential units on approximately 6 acres. The design of this project is being crafted to echo the unique historic qualities of this district both in form and material with particular emphasis placed on respecting the context of the adjacent historic hosiery mill. Rather than one monolithic building, the project has been designed with massing of several different buildings to provide an aesthetic feel that they could have been built over time. This massing also reflects the form of the adjacent mill building and the original factory that was on the site. Residential units are oriented around several themed courtyards and streetscapes that interconnect to Ninth Street as well as the adjacent restaurants, hotel and future grocery at Erwin Square.
This 203-unit, wood-framed, multi-family project is part of Grubb Properties’ Link apartment brand, and located in the vibrant Glenwood South district, a growing urban living community in the heart of Downtown Raleigh. Within walking distance to several shops, restaurants, and clubs, situated on a two-acre infill site, a density of over 101.5 units per acre is achieved with and integrated below and above grade parking deck for 243 cars. Six floors contain a diverse mix of studio, one and two-bedroom units. An integral clubhouse & leasing center contains ample space for resident gatherings, a complete fitness center, and a large outdoor pool & terrace area with a summer kitchen pavilion. The architectural design blends contemporary forms with durable, traditional materials such as stone veneer, cementitious siding and stucco, creating a well-balanced transition between the commercial and residential uses on Glenwood, Jones, Harrington, and West Streets as well as the immediate surrounding contextual area. Jones Street will be maintained as a “green street” by providing new tress and previous paving along portions of the sidewalk. In addition, new trees will be provided along West and Harrington Streets.
Located one mile west of Uptown Charlotte in the historic Wesley Heights neighborhood, Asbury Flats is a 4-story boutique apartment community with 77-units and an integrated clubhouse and pool. Asbury Flats offers modern amenities, exposed brickwork, and oversized windows to take in views of the Charlotte skyline.
Atlas Germantown is located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Third Avenue North and Madison Street in the Germantown district of Nashville, Tennessee. The five-story, 95 unit apartment building features a combination of studio, one and two bedroom apartments, a ground-level leasing office and fitness room. It offers a swimming pool and both concealed surface parking and one below-grade level of parking.

Originally known as Crescent Main Street and now referred to as Berkshire Main Street, the boutique multi-family community is located on the northeast corner of 15th and Main Street in the heart of Durham, NC. The client’s vision for the project was to create a classic design that resembled a neighborhood developed over time. The development features 208 units within a three- and four-story building. Amenities include a health and wellness facility with private training room, a pet spa and demonstration kitchen, a resort-style pool with sundeck, outdoor kitchen and dining area, community fire lounge, rooftop terrace and dog run.
Coates Bluff apartment community opened in the spring of 2014. Designed for a luxury living experience, the project carefully reserves the rich, historic site. The site plan connects indoor and outdoor spaces, featuring jogging paths, outdoor living areas and inviting green spaces. In addition, the 12,000 sf two-story clubhouse, proposed to be LEED certified, will offer fitness center, wi-fi business center and coffee bar, full commercial kitchen and a movie theater. The 252 units at Coates Bluff is energy efficient one and two bedroom apartments with generous square footage and luxurious amenities. A carefully orchestrated courtyard focuses on a swimming pool accompanied by an outdoor lounging area with fireplace and outdoor kitchen.
Wesley Village Apartments is the first phase of a public/private planned revitalization of the Wesley Heights/Bryan Park neighborhoods. Conveniently located less than five minutes from Uptown Charlotte and adjacent to Wesley Heights greenwayy, these modern apartment homes combined with historic charm consist of 301 units and a 10,000 square foot clubhouse.

It’s village-like design is intended to resemble a historic warehouse factory feel. The 13-building community includes a selection of tuck under garages, direct access to walking and biking trails, a CrossFit gym, resort-style pool and other numerous outdoor amenities.
Originally called Perimeter Station and now known as Celsius, this 203 unit apartment project features a clubhouse and fitness center, and is conveniently located near Northlake Mall and 15 miles north of Uptown Charlotte. Its design provides a modern variation of conventional three-story walk-up apartments, utilizing elements such as steel canopies and railings, metal roofing accents, variations in window patterns and bold colors, creating an urban atmosphere in a mixed-use, suburban context.
This 266-unit, wood-framed multi-family project is located along the burgeoning six forks corridor in North Raleigh, within walking distance to restaurants, retail and the Raleigh Greenway. Situated on a 10-acre infill site, a density of over 26 units to the acre is achieved with surface parking for approximately 450 cars. An integral clubhouse & leasing center contains ample space for resident gatherings, a complete fitness center and a large outdoor pool and terrace area with a summer kitchen pavilion. The architectural design blends modern forms with durable, traditional materials such as stone veneer, cementitious siding and stucco, creating a well-balanced transition between the commercial and residential uses on Six Forks Road. Care was taken during the project planning to save existing specimen trees and maintain wooded buffers to the adjacent properties.
The Bristol Apartments are located in burgeoning Morrisville, NC nestled within the lively Park West Village neighborhood. Situated within walking distance to many shopping and dining options, this 260 unit apartment community features several floor plans throughout five stories, a saltwater pool, 24-hour fitness center, dog park, coffee bar and more.
This 205-unit apartment community is located in the heart of Winston-Salem, across from the BB&T Baseball Park, and within walking distance to the Burke Street shopping/entertainment district. The four-story, wood-frame project wraps around a pre-cast concrete parking deck. Clubhouse amenities include a private pool, fitness room with cardio and weigh equipment, lounging and recreation areas.
Millenia 700 provides 700 apartment units and was constructed in two phases. This first phase, completed in August 2012, consists of 297 apartment units wrapping a precast parking deck. The second phase was completed in 2017 and features 403 apartment units. Amenities include clubhouse, pool, and residential courtyard. The project is located across from the Millennia Mall in Orlando, Florida just off Interstate 4. Cline Design Associates provided architectural services for both phases.
Conveniently located at the corner of the All American Freeway and Santa Fe Drive, Addison Ridge’s 211 apartment units are ideally situated midway between Fort Bragg and the Cross Creek Mall Shopping area.
The 12,391 square feet of amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness facility, movie theater, pool equipped with grilling stations, billiards room, yoga studio and gated entrance.
Charleston’s Low-Country Georgian architecture was the styling influence for this large apartment community located in St. Mary’s County, MD. Six large buildings utilize various apartment plan combinations to give the appearance of collections of smaller row houses similar to the Charleston ‘single’ house, while giving the landlord the proper mixture of apartment options. The project includes amenities such as independent private garages buildings, a mail kiosk, and car care area. The center piece amenity is the clubhouse providing social and recreational opportunities to the residents as well as the leasing and management offices.
