Main Street at Enka Village

This mixed-use project features an assembly of retail, office, housing, and dining in a village-like atmosphere. The buildings are designed to create a pedestrian friendly environment by breaking down the building masses to human-scale.The design concept for Main Street at Enka Village is centered on the “village” through the integration of many differing design facets and uses. Main Street will be a vibrant, walkable, mixed-use community that will serve both the immediate residents as well as a destination for the surrounding neighborhoods. Incorporating the need for modern amenities/services, allowing the influence of the “Asheville vernacular”, and innovative residential/retail use; the framework for a simple, memorable “real place” will be provided.
