Cline Design Associates provided architectural and land planning services for Bald Head Island Resort, an exclusive island resort on North Carolina’s Outer Banks.

The building was stripped to its structural skeleton, and re-skinned with new siding, windows and roofing.

Renovations included expanding the main dining area, the addition of two dining terraces, foundation plantings adjacent to the building, croquet court and greens, additional offices and interior updates throughout the club.
