Principals

Gary Cline started out in Raleigh with his own branch office when he was 26 years old. Within two years he grew the practice to twenty people. By 1989, he had formed his own firm. For him, the design business is about finding connections with others and building relationships from those connections.

Over the last 20 years like-minded principals have joined Gary in leading the Firm. Each of the seven principals agrees that a client’s satisfaction is paramount in measuring the success of a project. They believe that quality plays a central role in seeking that satisfaction. Quality in design, detail, development, construction, technology and ultimately, the client’s overall experience working with the team, are the things that motivate them.
