This 184 unit condominium project consists of 9 residential buildings, 3 garage buildings and a cabana. Additionally, the bottom level of the building is designed to incorporate retail. The project meets the new code for wind-borne debris and the local seismic zone which includes special foundation and impact glass considerations.

The interior design team created a soft, sophisticated palette for the interior model units that reflects the contemporary casual atmosphere as requested by the client.
