Millenia 700 is planned to provide 700 apartment units to be constructed in two phases. This first phase consists of 297 apartment units wrapping a precast parking deck.  Amenities will include clubhouse, pool, and residential courtyard. Cline Design Associates is providing architectural services.  The project is located across from the Millennia Mall in Orlando, Florida just off Interstate 4.
