This apartment community features 287 units with an integrated clubhouse. The design of the project reflects a stylized “Craftsman” vernacular, with an exterior of stone veneer, hardi-plank siding and shingle siding.

This project won the 2008 “Best Residential Project “ Award by the Durham Appearance Commission.
