The Brookridge project, funded through the NCHFA tax credit program, is designed to be a haven for people recently recovering from substance abuse and/or homelessness.  Located near downtown Raleigh, NC, the building contains 40 efficiency units and a 2-bedroom manager’s unit, a community room, kitchen, computer and fitness rooms, and meeting rooms.   Brookridge is designed to earn Energy Star certification via performance-based specifications and modeling verified through the Residential Energy Analysis and Rating System.
