Park Terrace Affordable Housing | High Point, NC

The Park Terrace Redevelopment is at the core of an urban area undergoing extensive revitalization in downtown High Point, NC.  The Master Plan prepared by Cline Design Associates divides the site into three phases, totaling 20 acres and including 220 affordable multifamily dwelling units, a community center and 17 single-family lots.

The Clubhouse/Community Center of approximately 2,455 square feet includes a club room with serving kitchen, a covered patio, a computer center, office/workroom, laundry, toilet rooms and storage/maintenance facilities.  The building is intended to be ‘expandable’ during future phases of the redevelopment.  A swimming pool will also be included in a future phase.

Outdoor Amenities include sitting areas with benches, a playground, a covered picnic area with tables and grilles, and a gazebo.

The Project is a joint venture between Crosland and the Housing Authority of the City of High Point.   The residential buildings are designed to earn the Energy Star.
