The 120 residential project, Autumn Oaks is located within walking distance to the Jonesboro Main Street area and adjacent to an existing pubic park and church. The project will be constructed in two phases, with each phase consisting of 3 buildings with 60 units total. The buildings are planned in clusters of three story units, to allow for clustering of the developed area, and to preserve the existing vegetation and maximize the opportunity for open spaces.
The project entry way is designed as a landscaped parkway leading to a centralized Community Center. Pedestrian trails and sidewalks will interconnect to this central amenity and provide a connection to the adjacent Dalrymple Park. With the use of local materials such as brick and traditional, craftsman style detailing, combined with the large setbacks and buffering, the architecture and massing of the buildings will fit into context with the existing community.
