Villagio Apartments was inspired by the town of  Bellagio, Italy,  as well as the Bellagio luxury resort in Las Vegas. The project consists of three, 4-story, wood framed buildings with exterior central corridors. Each building has individual elevator access and recycle centers. The outdoor  areas surrounding the two larger buildings provide spaces to incorporate lushly planted courtyards that utilize Italian Cypress and fountains to  embody the traditional  feel of Italian scenery. 

Villagio is LEED registered and incorporates many sustainable design strategies.
