Cline Design Associates provided Architecture, Interior Design and Land  Planning for Diamond View II, a Class A, five story, 162,000 sf office building that serves as a backdrop as well as a gateway to the Durham Bulls Park.  The project is centrally located adjacent to the Ball Park along with the American Tobacco Historic District and the future Performing Arts Center.  It is a speculative office building that contains multiple tenant floors that are connected on the First and Second Floors by a colonnaded common lobby that opens up to views of the ball park.  This design effort also includes the coordination of urban master planning efforts for the area, and is designed to interconnect with public plazas, pedestrian promenades, and pedestrian oriented streetscapes.
