As the centerpiece of a 1,600-unit development, the community center includes programmed areas for social gatherings, educational uses, indoor / outdoor fitness and administrative functions. The 7-acre site is comprised of a large pool complex, formal event lawn, sport courts, shade structures and parking for ± 100 cars. The architectural character pays homage to the Shingle and Tudor Styles. Several sustainable strategies have been incorporated into the planning and design of this community center facility. This project received LEED ® Silver Certification.
