This mixed-use facility resides in a small urban infill lot located only two blocks from the Cape Fear River.  The main façade was designed to celebrate city architecture of the early 19th century.  Eight condominium units sit atop the first floor, which contains a 1,500 square foot law office and an additional residential unit designed to meet the federal Fair Housing Act.

Project was awarded the Multi-Family Executive Magazine Project of the Year, 2008.
