This Mexican restaurant will have a large dining space on the first floor with a two story volume, multiple dining areas, and a large bar. The restaurant will also feature a large outdoor dining patio. The upstairs will have a private banquet facility with its own private bar and an outdoor terrace overlooking Page Road.

This project received a LEED^® certification level of Silver making it the first LEED^® restaurant in North Carolina. SystemWorx, of Charlotte is the commissioning agent working in conjunction with UNC Chapel Hill Environmental Sciences Department to meet  the LEED^® certification requirements.
