This new two story golf clubhouse is the newest addition to North Carolina State University’s Centennial Campus. Working to create a new golf clubhouse for the public that aesthetically compliments the existing Centennial Campus architecture, Cline Design strived to create an iconic symbol for North Carolina State University. The complex includes a clubhouse, dining and food prep facilities, locker rooms, golf pro shop, and cart storage. Terraces extend from the building, and provide vantage points overlooking the surrounding golf course and skyline of downtown Raleigh.
The building and adjacent course are being designed and constructed entirely with donations and in-kind gifts. The goal was to create a clubhouse for the NCSU Alumni and public that provides facilities and functional space for golfers and other patrons of the school.
