These are certainly unprecedented times in our world. The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted our everyday lives. It has challenged us to rethink the way we interact, how we learn, how we teach, how we communicate. It is our responsibility as good stewards of our communities to protect those around us while we come together to work through this unsettling time.
While we are continuing to provide design solutions to our clients, it is imperative that we protect the health and safety of our staff. Though our doors at this time will remain open from 8:00am – 5:30pm, we have encouraged staff to work from home on a flexible schedule so that they may tend to the needs of their family as well as stay healthy. We have also suspended any non-essential travel and non-essential meetings. We will continue to work towards deadlines, collaborate with design teams and clients remotely and will monitor projects closely should timelines shift due to unforeseen developments.
We are taking precautionary measures in both offices to deeply clean all surfaces, equipment and spaces as well as continue to routinely sanitize these areas, as we do each day, further reducing the potential to spread any germs that could cause harm to visitors and staff.
This is an ever-evolving situation, as you are well aware by its everyday coverage and updates from the media. We will look to the CDC’s website for guidance on next steps and when our offices can resume normal operations.
